This world-renowned creative agency is looking to hire across Social Strategy. This <strong>Sr. Strategist<\/strong> position will be based out of the Los Angeles metropolitan area.<\/p>\n<p>This strategic position will play a critical role within Technology and Automotive key accounts. You will help shape and develop both go-to-market and website\/experience strategies and solutions; bringing a clear understanding of audiences, business opportunities, and emerging marketing trends. You will work with cross-functional teams to bring fully integrated multi-channel campaigns to life. You understand data and can collaborate with data analytics teams to infuse quantitative data into content strategies and recommendations. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Your day-to-day:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work collaboratively with partners across the organization and with clients to support creative briefs and other strategic and planning deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Build expertise and innovation within the team; lead learning sessions, champion the creative and business potential of new technologies and fresh thinking about B2B and B2C experiences<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate deep and insightful knowledge of Technology and Automotive audiences; maintain brand, category and competitive knowledge, perform primary and secondary research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and category insights. Use your expertise to build relationships directly with client partners<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic guidance on emerging media channels and platforms; you&#8217;re knowledgeable across 1:1 channels (social, brand communities, web, email, direct mail, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Create a business culture that motivates your cross-functional team to perform at the highest level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your experience + background:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience working in strategy\/planning within a digital agency, consulting firm, and\/or boutique strategy firm<\/li>\n<li>Passion for technology\/automotive technology and understanding of transformative technology trends and innovations like 5G and AI<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading strategic planning for brands grounded in analysis and creative insight, and ability to translate those strategies to specific, actionable go-to-market plans<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing customer personas, journeys and customer journey mapping<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing and leading qualitative research of all kinds, such as interviews, focus groups, workshops and brainstorms<\/li>\n<li>A special interest and experience in branded website and search specific strategy, experience in auto or technology a plus<\/li>\n<li>Adept at synthesizing large amounts of data and information to uncover key, actionable insights that can guide creative thinking<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the drafting of creative briefs that drive internal alignment and inspire the creative team<\/li>\n<li>Develop test and learn opportunities across all executions and the ability to decipher and analyze the results <\/li>\n<li>Review creative work to ensure that all work is laddering up to strategy and guide work from initial insights through execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt has an ongoing global partnership with one of the biggest names in Marketing + Advertising.
