{"id":12365,"date":"2023-02-15T15:37:02","date_gmt":"2023-02-15T15:37:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/usa\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/head-of-product-2\/"},"modified":"2023-04-02T12:27:33","modified_gmt":"2023-04-02T11:27:33","slug":"head-of-product-12365","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/usa\/jobs\/technology\/product-management\/head-of-product-12365\/","title":{"rendered":"Head of Product"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My client in an innovative email marketing software geared at helping small businesses grow their customer loyalty.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll do: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the customer-obsessed Product Management and User Experience teams<\/li>\n<li>Be on the executive team to define, build, and implement product strategy and roadmap while growing and developing your team of product managers and UX designers<\/li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally with other internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and data, and establish seamless customer feedback loops to improve decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the market and competitive landscape to understand opportunities and potential value, and lead the ideation, planning and delivery of new products and features<\/li>\n<li>Set and reach high standards for product quality, usability and user satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Implement processes that improve the quality and speed of the delivery process<\/li>\n<li>Manage communications with key stakeholders regarding product goals, and measure progress against those goals, including the setting and tracking of product OKRs and roadmaps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ve done: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 years of Product Management Experience (including 3 years leading a team)<\/li>\n<li>Experience within SaaS products<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to drive to consensus, with a preference to work collaboratively<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Humble, growth-minded with strong communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client in an innovative email marketing software geared at helping small businesses grow their customer loyalty.
