Applicants should be based out of Dallas, TX or NY, NY and legally authorized to work in the USA.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"meta-data-options meta-data-top\">\n<li data-label=\"Multiple Locations:\" class=\"job-locations-wrap meta-data-option\" id=\"header-locations\"><strong>Experience: 10+ years<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>The role + responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The firm is looking for experienced, passionate, and well-networked <strong>recruitment marketing specialist<\/strong> to lead recruitment marketing efforts in the US. As a key member of our global team, you&#8217;ll be driving effective and compelling recruitment marketing strategy by designing and delivering campaigns across all recruitment channels in the US.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead recruitment marketing campaigns to create a strong talent pipeline and attract, engage, and nurture talent<\/li>\n<li>Own candidate-facing channels: internal and external, as well as all recruitment marketing events in the US (incl. campus recruitment)<\/li>\n<li>Manage talent marketing platforms and vendor relationships<\/li>\n<li>Drive our diversity and inclusion agenda<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with multiple functional teams in the organization (business, HR, recruitment, marketing, internal communications) as well as external vendors to make big things happen!<\/li>\n<li>Inspire employees to become brand ambassadors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Background + Experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You&#8217;re a curious, resourceful, creative problem solver, self-driven, team player, and well-networked employer branding\/talent\/recruitment marketing specialist with expertise and prior experience in the talent, recruitment, and digital marketing space<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re able to see the big picture, join the dots, create solutions, and get the job done<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ve organized campaigns, programs and events from strategy to execution that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working on LinkedIn and other social recruitment\/attraction channels<\/li>\n<li>You inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey<\/li>\n<li>You understand social media and other channels that need to be leveraged for making any engagement a hit<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re a pro when it comes to working with latest technology and tools such as Hootsuite, CRM, Taleo<\/li>\n<li>6+ years of proven previous experience in a recruitment marketing\/employer branding role where you managed campaigns (strategy to execution), as well as owned vendor relationships<\/li>\n<li>Masters in marketing or certifications in employer branding\/DEI preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is partnering with a leading global IT + business process services firm to hire Recruitment Marketing Specialists.
