The company is hiring a <strong>VP of Corporate Marketing &#8211; <\/strong>this role reports directly to the CMO and be responsible for driving corporate marketing strategy and planning, leading teams across Brand &amp; Creative, Customer Marketing, and Events &amp; Field Marketing. Additionally, you will drive expansion into full-funnel Enterprise Campaigns, and build out a Digital team to drive web experience strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role + responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lead efforts to build a world-class brand<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and drive a long term plan to build brand awareness and position the firm as a high growth, market leader<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Head of Brand to build and maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels<\/li>\n<li>Develop insights based on market research, comparative analysis, campaign effectiveness, and industry trends and translate those insights into actionable recommendations that promote business objectives and drive tangible results<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Growth Marketing, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, and Content Marketing to build out and execute an Enterprise Campaign strategy and measure key results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lead Events &amp; Field Marketing <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>In partnership with the Director of Events &amp; Field Marketing, build a strategy, plan and vision to produce large scale events and evolve event strategy to meet the pace of a fast-growing, global company<\/li>\n<li>Create and scale targeted events and experiences for the Enterprise audience<\/li>\n<li>Identify, measure and report on KPIs, targets and success metrics to further improve our experiences<\/li>\n<li>Drive alignment with sales teams&#8217; executive stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Scale up EBC program and content to strategically target top accounts and drive pipe generation and progression<\/li>\n<li>Oversee that the cadence of events supports building brand awareness and market visibility<\/li>\n<li>Drive CKO and SKO strategy and execution to increase employee engagement, connection, and fluency across products and company strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lead the Customer Marketing Team<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop the Customer Marketing team to build a holistic Customer Advocacy strategy partnering with cross-functional teams aligned to Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success<\/li>\n<li>Develop best practices and programs to streamline communication, engagement, and build long lasting customers relationships<\/li>\n<li>Adopt a Customer-centric mindset, understand the voice of the customer, be a customer advocate, a listener, and a partner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Own and Build out the firm&#8217;s <\/strong><strong>web experience<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and drive the evolution of the website in partnership with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and Global Teams, to support the evolution of our brand while growing lead generation<\/li>\n<li>Scale the site for international expansion to ensure the right processes are in place to deploy new pages and content globally<\/li>\n<li>Create full funnel journeys on the website that speak to the array of customers across segments who are in various stages of their buying journey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enterprise Campaigns<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>In conjunction with the rest of Marketing Leadership Team, build and scale full funnel campaigns to target Enterprise and high-end Mid-Market customers to drive net new and expansion ACV<\/li>\n<li>Outline Marketing Stack technology needs to create nurture journeys and work with Marketing Ops on road-map to drive technology roll-out and adoption across marketing and sales teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Champion, role model, and embed cultural principles &#8211; <\/strong>as a leader, you will champion and role model values and cultural principles as they firm scales globally; Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your background + experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15-20 years of experience developing and leading corporate marketing initiatives and teams in high-growth, innovative and complex organizations, ideally having served as a Corporate Marketing leader for a public company\/companies over the course of your career<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, empower teams, as well as make difficult choices<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of market and persona research, building brand level awareness, full funnel, integrated campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Strong aptitude for verbal, and written communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in building long-term customer relationships and developing positive relationships with key industry stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage agency providers, consultants, contractors, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management<\/li>\n<li>Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and refine marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Understand market context to inform the right development of event strategy and planning<\/li>\n<li>Create a culture of transparency and communication throughout the organization<\/li>\n<li>Proactively address difficulties in the internal and external environment<\/li>\n<li>Exhibit fiscal responsibility by managing operations within budget guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Top of the line problem solving abilities, critical thinking and outstanding business judgement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is partnering with a firm pioneering the Connected Ops Cloud, making digital ops safer, more efficient and sustainable within the global economy.
