This is a remote role that works with a new client of theirs &#8211; an established financial institution &#8211; to deliver on the strategic design and build of a new digital bank.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced financial services professional &#8211; preferably with experience in retail\/consumer\/digital banking &#8211; to lead this project.<\/p>\n<p>The start date is 6th February, and this position can be REMOTE with option to go into the NY office. <\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active participation in ideation sessions with project team to concept new experiences, services and features that can ladder up to a new, differentiated offering in the market<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate team members and collaborate with partner stakeholders to define strategic success criteria and business or venture objectives<\/li>\n<li>Design profitable new products, brands, and services, as well as new business models and ventures<\/li>\n<li>Shape growth and go-to-market strategies for those new products and ventures<\/li>\n<li>Craft design-driven market and competitive analyses that inspire and position our partners in differentiation ways<\/li>\n<li>Craft financial models that establish what needs to be true for revenue growth, as well as product and venture success<\/li>\n<li>Shape operational resource plans that inform key strategic hires and financial planning<\/li>\n<li>Develop and lead experiments, producing insights that help identify and craft strategic roadmaps<\/li>\n<li>Establish deep partnerships with cross-functional team members, ensuring collaborative progress toward key product milestones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT YOU:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience as a business designer, business strategist, or business analyst at a design studio, consultancy, or internally within an organization<\/li>\n<li>Deep experience working in the financial services or consumer banking sectors<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in business acumen, including knowledge in strategy, marketing, finance, operations and product development<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and interpret financial models to quantify business impact<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret and communicate complex business ideas to different audiences, in addition to listening and modifying your thinking based on the contributions and perspectives of others<\/li>\n<li>Ability to easily adapt, and switch between different projects, businesses and industries <\/li>\n<li>A desire to engage with collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams which include our partners<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of successfully launched products as a business designer, product manager, product growth strategist, and\/or as a startup founder<\/li>\n<li>Great communication and time management abilities, including the skill to direct and manage small teams and judiciously involve investors, experts, and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>You thrive in ambiguity, and have a propensity to experiment with generative ideas in order to identify the most innovative and disruptive solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is partnering with a boutique design agency based in NY.
