This role has been designated as REMOTE &#8211; applicants must be legally authorized with work in the USA without sponsorship. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Own and be responsible for driving wholistic SEO &amp; SEM strategy and execution for global &#8220;Data&#8221; web pages and owning search strategy and execution in Italy, India, Canada and Australia.<br \/>Build quarterly global SEO &amp; SEM plans &amp; report out on performance for &#8220;Data&#8221; web pages through cross-functional collaboration with global marketers, strategists, data storytellers, and creative colleagues to drive data-driven channel strategies that align with stakeholder goals and drive business impact. You will plan holistic global search strategies for the responsible areas of business groups based on data &amp; tests, that combines SEO and SEM for a particular business group and its web pages<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your day-to-day responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze data to understand what kind of content targeted customers are looking out for; how they engage with the firm&#8217;s digital presence to measure the overall effectiveness of SEO &amp; SEM strategies<\/li>\n<li>Provide campaign priorities, objectives, URL&#8217;s, gated assets to leadership<\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs on ad copies &amp; keyword groups to improve performance &amp; optimize budgets to leadership<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leadership to identify appropriate landing pages for keyword groups<\/li>\n<li>Identify organic keyword optimization opportunities where paid performance is not improving over time and ensure paid focus on keywords that are not improving organically over time.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver search insights to the cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate organic &amp; paid growth leading to increasing engagement<\/li>\n<li>Leverage internal tools to pull together search traffic &amp; engagement story by exposing challenges and identifying opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Optimize &#8220;Data&#8221; web pages across the different customer journey phases to rank on SERPs through effective SEO &amp; SEM strategies for a group of business solutions<\/li>\n<li>Develop an ongoing testing strategy to gain insights and improve the customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with content writers to support Content Marketing strategy and ensure the production of high-quality content<\/li>\n<li>Partner with subject matter experts to execute actions based on SEO recommendations and assist with analytics tagging implementation in order to improve key page metrics<\/li>\n<li>Present and provide key metrics insights to cross-functional teams incl. product marketing managers, digital strategists and UX<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Background + Experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of agency or enterprise experience working in search engine marketing with a proven &amp; successful track record in management of SEM &amp; SEO campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Able to craft unified search strategies combining SEO and SEM<\/li>\n<li>Experience with content strategy &#8211; B2B ideal<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience using data to manage and drive channel innovation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in B2B\/B2C marketing campaigns with varying objectives, including traffic, lead gen, demand gen and remarketing<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SEO &amp; SEM tools (Screaming Frog\/DeepCrawl, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google APIs, Google Keyword Planner, Google Ad cloud)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and relate SEO &amp; SEM concepts to non-SEO &amp; SEM audiences of different levels<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills paired with xcellent communication &amp; presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced excel knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable taking ownership of projects<\/li>\n<li>People + program leadership experience <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is partnering with a leading global IT Services\/Consulting enterprise to hire an Integrated SEO &amp; SEM Manager within the global Data Team.
