Operating at the intersection of heritage and modernity, the diverse portfolio of companies represents some of the best in classic spirits, innovative non-alcoholic drinks and challenger products worldwide.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re partnering with the marketing and brand teams to find an entrepreneurial Global Brand Manager to grow one of their most exciting drinks brands across the US and beyond.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years&#8217; experience in a GLOBAL brand management role within a drinks brand, CPG or luxury business<\/li>\n<li>Experience identifying and launching in markets across EMEA and APAC &#8211; full-cycle brand strategy from research to business case to packaging and distribution across geographies<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in cross-functional programme delivery with stakeholders\/teams across different geographies and disciplines for e.g insights, paid search, e-commerce<\/li>\n<li>Experience with budget management ($20m+ PA)<\/li>\n<li>A good working knowledge of both digital marketing AND OT methodologies and execution<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with ambiguity; enjoys taking ownership and applying creative thought to commercial challenges<\/li>\n<li>Spanish-speaking (nice to have)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What you will be doing:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for planning, developing and executing global marketing campaigns for an exciting, popular brand<\/li>\n<li>Implementing global brand plans including pricing guidelines, advertising and promotional spend planning and allocation<\/li>\n<li>Supporting international marketing teams with performance measurement and strategy<\/li>\n<li>Working directly with and supporting C-Level executives to make strategic decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand that continues to diversify and disrupt &#8211; you will be working in a very visible position with senior execs from day one and will have the chance to leave a lasting impact.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Career progression at this business could mean moving into other areas of the portfolio, exploring new continents and taking on senior leadership responsibilities.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This company has a very competitive benefits package including 24 days&#8217; paid leave, generous bonus and insurances, among other incentives.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Base salary range is $130,000 &#8211; $150,000 and will be dependent on qualification and individual attributes of the successful candidate.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Hybrid working model in NYC.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international luxury beverage brand.
