They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide and facilitate project teams through the design project workflow process and ensure that activities are properly completed for each assigned milestone.<\/li>\n<li>Push project status summaries up to Design Leadership, so they are aware of portfolio and\/or segment health.<\/li>\n<li>Support project team in ensuring that project information (such as scope, goals, resource analyses) are properly documented and archived in the portfolio database.<\/li>\n<li>Foster strong positive relationships with peer groups and key stakeholders within Design and external partners.<\/li>\n<li>Share and learn best practices within Design to help improve project team effectiveness and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain portfolio management database for data completeness and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze portfolio data to create reports and dashboards for your segment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7-10+years of experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen in project planning and management<\/li>\n<li>Experience with<\/li>\n<li>Experience in skin, health &amp; beauty industry<\/li>\n<li>Proactive (always thinking 5 steps ahead)<\/li>\n<li>People-focused \/ user-centered High EQ Detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in workplaces such as design agencies or consultancies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and tools to plan and execute design projects efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Design Software Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma and Design Management systems (i.e Wrike, Workfront or Asana)<\/li>\n<li>Brand Guidelines Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to enforce and maintain brand consistency in design work.<\/li>\n<li>Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Vendor Management Skills in managing external design agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
