{"id":24935,"date":"2024-02-28T18:40:07","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T18:40:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/usa\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/service-designer\/"},"modified":"2024-04-14T12:27:34","modified_gmt":"2024-04-14T11:27:34","slug":"service-designer-24935","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/usa\/jobs\/creative\/ui-ux\/service-designer-24935\/","title":{"rendered":"Service Designer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is looking for <strong>Se<\/strong><strong>r<\/strong><strong>vice Designer <\/strong>to join their team.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement service design best practices and methodologies to foster innovation and improve service delivery across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Measure and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions, using insights to drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Advocate for the importance of a seamless and positive employee experience in all service design initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Map out the end-to-end weekly employee journey, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Design services and solutions that address identified pain points and enhance the overall employee experience.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with researchers, UX\/UI designers, HR specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic and user-centered design solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Prototype and test design solutions with employees, gathering feedback to iterate and refine offerings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7-10+ years in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with a focus on service design.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in service design or a related field, with a portfolio that showcases successful design projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct workshops and facilitate co-design sessions with employees and stakeholders.
