Job Title: Customer Success Manager<\/p>\n
Location: Central or East Coast USA<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The Role:<\/p>\n
· Building and managing long term relationships (C-level to operations)<\/p>\n
· Retaining and developing the customers portfolio<\/p>\n
· Preventing Churn<\/p>\n
· Driving revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sell<\/p>\n
· Monitoring your KPIs and your monthly targets<\/p>\n
· Sending commercial proposals<\/p>\n
· Working closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The Requirements:<\/p>\n
· Background on site in the construction industry OR as a CSM in ConTech<\/p>\n
· 4+ years experience<\/p>\n
· Experience in Project Management or Business Change a plus<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
