You will discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your partner portfolio, successfully close deals, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Our network of partners includes over 80 global banks and platforms connected to us.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive growth by working with our banking partners in North America, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your partner portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, focusing on product innovation, revenue growth, and volume expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including CEOs, heads of payments, product managers, and risk managers.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with global teams across product management, engineering, compliance, legal, delivery, and business development.<\/li>\n<li>Design account plans that outline strategies for partner growth and expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Lead regular business reviews and ensure partners&#8217; strategic objectives are met while achieving our own goals.<\/li>\n<li>Use data to uncover opportunities and enhance internal communication on partner performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in an Account Management or Sales role in the payments or financial services industry.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage relationships at various levels, from executive leadership to product managers.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the North American software and FinTech landscape, with an understanding of how cross-border payments operate today.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in growing accounts, driving revenue, and generating business value.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical and commercial acumen, comfortable discussing both product solutions and legal or commercial terms.<\/li>\n<li>A passion for high-growth companies and a desire to contribute to a groundbreaking mission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competitive benefits and RSU&#8217;s in what we offer.<\/p>\n<p>Ready to make an impact and drive innovation in a dynamic, fast-growing company?
