The ideal candidate will have experience for driving brand awareness, managing digital campaigns, and optimizing performance marketing efforts to accelerate the company&#8217;s growth.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11px\">Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.<\/li>\n<li> 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or social media strategy in a B2B setting.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and content strategy for lead generation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing and maintaining marketing websites, preferably using Framer or Webflow.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with A\/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11px\">What You&#8217;ll Be Doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement comprehensive digital demand generation strategies to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads across multiple channels.<\/li>\n<li>Manage content calendars and production for sales collaterals, social media, blogs, email campaigns, webinars, and virtual events, including the creation of white papers and case studies.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and optimize tools to capture, nurture, and track leads throughout the customer journey.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and optimize paid advertising efforts on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta by analyzing campaign performance and adjusting tactics in real time.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with design, product and sales teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand identity and support overall sales objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor industry trends and key performance metrics to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve campaign ROI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note: The role is remote for U.S candidates ONLY.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager.
