With an entrepreneurial spirit and industry expertise, you will play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities and optimizing their US operations as they continue expansion.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Drive Client Relationships<\/strong>: Cultivate new and existing client relationships and revenue streams through the effective delivery of our clients services.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strategic Planning<\/strong>: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company growth goals, including participation in creative concept development, presentations, and meetings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Best Practices<\/strong>: Propose and establish efficient ways of working, team structures, and best practices to attract and retain new business.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leadership<\/strong>: Serve as a senior member of the leadership team, collaborating with cross-functional teams in both US and Canadian offices to drive efficiencies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client Network<\/strong>: Leverage your own network to expedite growth and secure new business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lead Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Qualify Leads<\/strong>: Handle incoming business leads, qualify them, and manage them in coordination with the internal Creative &amp; Strategy team to nurture and convert leads into profitable relationships.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Leads<\/strong>: Actively search and network for new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and closing deals to increase market share and revenue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Relationship Building<\/strong>: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client Needs<\/strong>: Ensure that all client needs are listened to, understood, and responded to promptly, driving profitable revenue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trusted Advisor<\/strong>: Understand clients&#8217; business issues and serve as a trusted advisor to drive effective solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales Leadership &amp; Brand Advocacy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Win Strategy<\/strong>: Lead and oversee cross-disciplinary internal teams to drive towards winning client proposals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brand Advocacy<\/strong>: Demonstrate our client as a trusted, strategic partner, fostering a spirit of service and innovation with clients and internal teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creative Collaboration<\/strong>: Collaborate with creative, sales, and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exceed Expectations<\/strong>: Champion extraordinary work, providing inspiration, leadership, and expertise in the agency&#8217;s offerings to exceed client expectations and achieve industry recognition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting &amp; Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reporting<\/strong>: Report directly to the CEO and C-level team, working closely with them to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and meet goals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>New Account Acquisition<\/strong>: Take ownership of new account acquisition, both self-derived and assigned, driving the overall sales strategy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proposal Development<\/strong>: Guide the development, writing, and presentation of bid responses, proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Management<\/strong>: Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process to ensure the delivery of winning proposals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sales Quotas<\/strong>: Achieve or exceed sales quotas, including prospecting and business development goals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CRM Management<\/strong>: Enter all contacts and opportunities into Salesforce.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trade Associations<\/strong>: Attend relevant trade associations and networking sessions to generate new sales opportunities and promote our clients brand.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Team Inspiration<\/strong>: Inspire and influence your team to perform at their best, maintaining a positive mindset, encouraging teamwork, and acting as an impeccable brand ambassador.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong data-end=\"216\" data-start=\"132\">Ready to lead growth for a bold, creative agency expanding into the U.S. market?<\/strong><br data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"219\" \/>We&#8217;re hiring a senior business development leader to drive new client acquisition, shape strategy, and build lasting relationships in the experiential marketing space.
