As part of their global CRM team, we&#8217;re looking for a detail-obsessed Email Production Specialist to manage high-volume, multi-market email campaigns across various consumer products and services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments, and has a passion for flawless execution.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the end-to-end assembly and production of email campaigns that go out to global audiences across multiple lines of business.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a weekly workload of 5-8 email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across each one.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, localization teams, editorial leads, and international marketing partners to gather and QA campaign assets.<\/li>\n<li>Build emails using enterprise ESPs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or similar platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize HTML\/CSS to troubleshoot rendering issues and ensure consistent formatting across email clients and devices.<\/li>\n<li>Execute rapid content and copy change rounds, ensuring final emails are pixel-perfect and error-free.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in peer reviews and QA to maintain high standards of quality control across the team.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate proactively with stakeholders when assets are missing or updates are needed, always keeping timelines in mind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What You Bring<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of hands-on experience producing email campaigns in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of email formatting and rendering, with working knowledge of HTML and CSS in the email space.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with enterprise email platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or Mailchimp.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to troubleshoot technical email issues across multiple clients and browsers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience juggling competing timelines while maintaining high attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive communicator who&#8217;s comfortable following up with multiple teams to keep deliverables on track.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team player with strong peer-review and QA instincts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Team<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be joining a high-performing Email Marketing &amp; Production team that supports over 60 global campaigns per week across entertainment, gaming, news, and subscription services.
