In this role, you will create precise, detailed layouts for complex RF and analog circuits used in high-performance wireless technologies, ensuring they meet the highest standards for performance, reliability, and manufacturability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience in IC layout design.<\/li>\n<li>Solid background in custom RF\/analog layout for radio transceivers, with deep knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS processes.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on FinFET technology experience (7nm highly preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in layout techniques for device matching, parasitic minimization, shielding, and high-frequency routing.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of RC delay, electromigration, signal coupling, and advanced process effects (LOD, WPE, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>CADENCE layout tools<\/strong> and interpreting CALIBRE DRC, LVS, and ERC reports.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills; scripting knowledge in PERL or SKILL is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you will do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design detailed transistor-level layouts for RF and analog blocks such as LNAs, mixers, PLLs, modulators, power amplifiers, ADC\/DACs, and filters.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with circuit designers to develop optimized floorplans.<\/li>\n<li>Execute full verification flow (DRC, LVS, DFM) to ensure manufacturability and quality.<\/li>\n<li>Apply best practices for power routing, grounding, differential\/IQ matching, and signal integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to products that will be used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this opportunity sounds like the right match for your skills and ambitions, <strong>apply now<\/strong> to be part of a team shaping the future of technology.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Contract &#8211; 6 months Hybrid &#8211; Cupertino, California We at Salt are excited to bring you an incredible opportunity to join a world-class tech company that is shaping the future of wireless technology.
