You&#8217;ll manage roadmaps, facilitate creative reviews, and keep stakeholders aligned across Brand, Creative, Production, and Functional teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the brand team&#8217;s annual roadmap, tracking and driving milestones from strategy through production.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Resource Managers to allocate and manage creative resources.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and run weekly huddles, reviews, and status meetings-capturing notes, tracking action items, and ensuring alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Brand Managers to prioritize initiatives, resolve conflicts, and maintain focus across daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Creative Directors and cross-functional partners to define concepting processes and facilitate reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee documentation and archiving of project materials, from briefs and creative concepts to final deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Manage confidential logistics, including team servers, disclosure lists, and secure workspaces.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a liaison with Production and Functional teams during creative phases, sharing updates and ensuring smooth execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years in project management, ideally within marketing or creative environments.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with macOS &amp; iOS.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a chance to contribute to innovative marketing initiatives at scale while working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment, apply now!<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location: Hybrid &#8211; Onsite 3x\/week in Cupertino, California.
