This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving the adoption and growth of a defined product portfolio while acting as the &#8220;voice of the customer.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you&#8217;ll be responsible for conducting market research, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating differentiated messaging that empowers sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate product value. You&#8217;ll become a subject matter expert within your industry segment, combining customer insights, competitive analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Product Marketing Ownership: Lead product marketing responsibilities for multiple products or an entire portfolio, serving as the product evangelist and clearly articulating value propositions to key buyer and user personas.<\/li>\n<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, sales, marketing, and enablement teams to deliver successful product launches, go-to-market strategies, and research initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment across business functions.<\/li>\n<li>Messaging &amp; Value Propositions: Create differentiated messaging and positioning statements that resonate with the structural engineering and construction technology markets. Build persona profiles using insights gathered from customer interactions and field research.<\/li>\n<li>Voice of Customer &amp; Market Research: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to capture customer needs, industry trends, buyer behaviors, and the competitive landscape. Use findings to shape strategy and strengthen product positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Pricing &amp; Packaging: Influence and support decisions around product pricing and packaging.<\/li>\n<li>Sales Enablement: Partner with enablement teams to build sales tools, training, and materials tailored to specific product offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Enablement: Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns and materials that drive pipeline growth and bookings.<\/li>\n<li>Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on competitors and industry dynamics, clearly articulating product differentiators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of product marketing best practices and principles.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong research and analytical abilities with the creativity to turn insights into actionable strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple remote teams.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for learning and solving customer problems.<\/li>\n<li>Background in the B2B software market; experience in the construction or structural engineering industry is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years in a product marketing or related role.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6-Month Contract | Hybrid | Colorado We&#8217;re partnered with a leading global technology organization that is looking for a Product Marketing Professional to join their team.
