Other than that &#8211; you can work from anywhere!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>So who am I looking for, for them?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m looking looking for an experienced and talented <strong>Senior Designer<\/strong> to who is going to work right across digital and print creative solutions to address their clients&#8217; marketing needs.<\/p>\n<p>This designer will have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques as well as experience executing marketing projects from conception to production.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, the successful designer will promote their clients&#8217; brands through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.<\/p>\n<p>This will be a full work load, as in 40 hours a week. It can either be a contract (paid by the hour) or a permanent salary &#8211; this client is open and flexible to finding the right person and creating the best arrangement for them. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>So what will you be responsible for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out efficient visual execution of creative concepts, as outlined by Creative Lead<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop original pieces, including illustrations and infographics<\/li>\n<li>Refine images, fonts and layouts using current design tools and software &#8211; Adobe, sketch etc.<\/li>\n<li>Apply typography techniques<\/li>\n<li>Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products\/services<\/li>\n<li>Increase user friendliness in digital products<\/li>\n<li>Maintain brand consistency throughout all of their clients&#8217; materials<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with project management, marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><strong>What I&#8217;m looking for;<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Impressive portfolio of completed design projects<\/li>\n<li>Strong digital background and ability to design across all mediums &#8211; print, digital etc.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) knowledge of Sketch a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills &#8211; you&#8217;re a team player that can communicate well with the team as well as direct with clients<\/li>\n<li>Professional demeanour with high degree of comfort speaking with internal clients<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented individual who reviews his\/her work<\/li>\n<li>Sense of urgency and ability to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Manage time effectively to multi-task and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Have flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, shifting deadlines, and fluid priorities<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Experience in healthcare\/scientific design work is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A great unique opportunity that offers some incredible flexibility to an experienced designer!
