The role will oversee and manage integrated marketing activities for the US and Canada.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be able to traverse a wide range of marketing programs with ease and fluidity, while providing guidance and mentorship across cross-functional teams. Integrated marketing experience, brand and messaging strategy, research experience and digital marketing know-how are a must. <\/p>\n<p>What you&#8217;ll do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspire new thinking and creative ways to establish Adyen&#8217;s NA leadership position in the payments market<\/li>\n<li>Originate compelling marketing strategies, programs and key messages across all sales verticals, while executing them flawlessly across multiple touchpoints, from awareness through to lead conversion and advocacy<\/li>\n<li>Leverage market research and customer insights to inform new creative concepts, value propositions and messaging<\/li>\n<li>Define KPIs, measure, and optimize integrated marketing efforts<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to and manage 1st party research initiatives (strategy, approach, findings) and glean relevant data points through third party sources<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross functional marketing groups (PR, events, creative) to drive strategic marketing planning and execution<\/li>\n<li>Manage a high-performance team<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge, develop best practices and achieve efficiencies to contribute to a one-Adyen presence worldwide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Who you are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9-12 years of experience, B2B tech or payments experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of US English, experienced with US and Canada GTM<\/li>\n<li>A creative thinker with demonstrated success in translating broad concepts and ideas into exciting, clear communications<\/li>\n<li>A bias for action, results and delivery, with a high bar for quality and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing, presentation and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing external agencies and partners, as required<\/li>\n<li>A sense of humor<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marketing Director, North America As part of the global marketing team, the Marketing Director, North America will build and strengthen the position as a market leader.
