In this role, you will report to the General Manager of US and contribute to the success of our expansion in the local market.<\/p>\n<p>In order to succeed in this position, you need to be highly driven and task-oriented. We are looking for people with a hustler mentality, who are willing to play their part in building this business from the ground up.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement effective marketing growth strategies in New York<\/li>\n<li>Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including performance and offline marketing channels<\/li>\n<li>Lead local and creative marketing campaigns (e.g. events, activations)<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate our collaboration with our partner PR agencies<\/li>\n<li>Help build a community in NY through hosting meet-ups and events<\/li>\n<li>Perform analysis to understand how we can best accelerate growth and have a deep understanding of our user base and metrics in the market<\/li>\n<li>Conduct extensive research regarding the market and users to ensure product-market fit<\/li>\n<li>Help build the user experience journey to ensure all customers have a great experience<\/li>\n<li>Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained<\/li>\n<li>Adapt the general business model to be locally and culturally relevant while maintaining consistency on the market<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to growth strategies of driving both demand and supply in NY<\/li>\n<li>Develop a constant pulse for competitors&#8217; marketing activities<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with central HQ team in Barcelona &#8211; Spain and all relevant stakeholders &amp; functions<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the overall global success of our Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years of marketing\/communications experience in a fast-growing tech startup<\/li>\n<li>Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field in a top-tier university preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in marketing, communications, operations or business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel skills and comfortable with analyzing and manipulating data<\/li>\n<li>Exceptionally well organized and driven by success<\/li>\n<li>Strong strategic planning and effective project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Hustler mentality &#8211; ability to get things done and effective at multitasking<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in a fast-changing, early-stage environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work autonomously and handle high levels of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator with all teams across the business<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations<\/li>\n<li>Native English speaker (Spanish and other languages are a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to HQ in Barcelona, Spain from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What we offer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary.<\/li>\n<li>We give you the freedom to push the boundaries of your role<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours and special attention to work-life balance<\/li>\n<li>Work in a startup with a growing customer base and an exciting product roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Join a diverse bunch from over 20 different nationalities, different backgrounds, ages and family statuses in a strongly collaborative environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently seeking a high-motivated, creative and analytical Marketing Operations team member as we grow the brand in New York.
