They are actively growing their team and looking to hire a Senior UX Researcher who can help define the future experiences for their customers. This Senior UX Researcher will partner with strategic consultants, bringing in the Customer’s voice to the front.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n – Work closely with product teams, as well as other designers and researchers, to identify important research questions.<\/p>\n – Design and execute studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, using the right methodology for the right questions.<\/p>\n – Generate insights that shape how product teams think about medium and long-term product strategy.<\/p>\n – Communicate insights in creative and compelling ways.<\/p>\n – Work with other researchers to create an institutional knowledge base curated from individual research projects.<\/p>\n – Show effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Requirements<\/strong>: <\/p>\n – MA\/MS\/PhD in a human behavior related field (HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, Economics, Political Science, etc.)<\/p>\n – 5+ years of experience in applied product research.<\/p>\n – Experience with UX Research in Service Design is a big PLUS<\/p>\n – Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.<\/p>\n – Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices.<\/p>\n – Demonstrated experience with leading\/moderating qualitative\/quant research studies.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Sound like you?
