The new studio opened to assist rapid growth in the local area, which includes ownership of one of the fastest-growing tech hubs in the world.<\/p>\n<p>Our award-winning client has lean studios across multiple continents and has a unique offering, which can see Research and design through to MVP in a matter of weeks.<\/p>\n<p>The role of the Principal Software Engineer will be to build a culture that is engaging, collaborative, and successful. <\/p>\n<p>The right candidate will be an expert in engineering practices such as automated unit\/ functional testing, and CI &amp; CD. A forward thinker who has a problem-solving mindset and sees new ways of embracing technology. As a Principal Software Engineer, you should be an excellent communicator who can embed themselves in the internal and external teams to maximize potential.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive React Native background <\/li>\n<li>Java, Spring Boot, Microservices <\/li>\n<li>Deep technical Architecture experience <\/li>\n<li>CI\/CD, Jenkins, TDD, BDD &#8211; Cucumber<\/li>\n<li>Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Puppet<\/li>\n<li>AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platform<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills supported by client facing and delivery background<\/li>\n<li>Worked in highly agile environments within digital transformation<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of how successful engineering teams operate and knowledge to achieve further excellence<\/li>\n<li>An ability to build strong relationships, manage expectations, resolve issues and critique when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Have an eye for detail to gain a deep understanding of a client&#8217;s business, objectives and support the delivery of achieving these goals<\/li>\n<li>Strong influence with your teams and stakeholders to ensure the most effective approaches are taken<\/li>\n<li>An open and honest nature which can quickly communicate risk but also celebrate and maximize success<\/li>\n<li>Creating a safe environment which allows a fail-fast mentality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is excited to be assisting the growth of a globally recognized product engineering studio, which has been leading the way with its state-of-the-art customer experience.
