You&#8217;ll get to work on an incredible variety of creative projects, managing the flow of traffic through the studio and ensuring work is produced on brief and on time.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a confident and personable individual who possesses strong project management and relationship building skills. Production Assistant experience within a fast-paced creative environment is a must.<\/p>\n<p>In return, you&#8217;ll get excellent training and career development as well as a highly sociable and inclusive culture, flexible working and some great additional benefits.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Creative Production Manager with the workload and traffic management of the studio<\/li>\n<li>Review all incoming briefs, ensuring they are up to standard<\/li>\n<li>Engage and build strong relationship with a wide variety of stakeholders. From brief owner to designer, ensuring progress is monitored and kept on top of is essential<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for keeping all technology and work-flow tools up to date and ensuring projects are allocated in order of priority and to the correct team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage and build strong relationships with stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Experience of Studio Management and workflow<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Experience tracking priorities and being flexible to the high pace nature of retail<\/li>\n<li>Ideally 2+ years&#8217; experience in studio trafficking within a large fast-paced studio<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills on Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To be considered for this unique opportunity, please click &#8220;Apply&#8221; or contact me (Jack Barber) directly; jbarber@welovesalt.com \/ 0207 928 2525<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This job ad was posted by Salt.
