They are looking for multiple Business Analysts to join them to work with one of their Telecommunications end clients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong style=\"background-color: #ffffff;font-size: 14px;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: #4d5156\">Telecommunication experience is a MUST for this role &amp; anyone without this will NOT be considered.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The initial term is 6-months and the role is INSIDE IR35 via umbrella company. You will be working to a hybrid\/remote model with 1-2 days per week on-site in Central London with the remainder WFH.<\/p>\n<p>Day rates being offered are below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"background-color: #ffffff;font-size: 14px;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: #4d5156\">\u00a3370 per day for 5-10 years experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"background-color: #ffffff;font-size: 14px;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: #4d5156\">\u00a3450 per day for 10+ years experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please see below for technical requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify &amp; challenge the potential solutions with business stakeholders to ensure best ROI<\/li>\n<li>Advocates &amp; effects change by influencing decision makers and persuading operational people to follow different working practices<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops &amp; solution sessions to analyse business problems and identify root cause(s) that require a fix and the associated benefits<\/li>\n<li>Taking care of the whole lifecycle from capturing requirements \/ idea, solutioning and implementation to confirm if solution is fit for purpose<\/li>\n<li>Translating ideas \/ Requirements into actionable features, stories that can be developed and delivered<\/li>\n<li>Perform complex impact assessments of changes to requirements and designs<\/li>\n<li>Experience with inventory management systems in the telecoms area<\/li>\n<li>Experience of service planning &amp; activation tooling (Netcracker)<\/li>\n<li>Telco service Delivery knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Telco Network knowledge like Ethernet, SDWAN, Fibre, MPLS<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with system transformation \/ integration and data migration<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Agile methodologies e.g. Safe, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), etc.<\/li>\n<li>Create end to end traceability and review test cases, HLD and processes<\/li>\n<li>Manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation &amp; communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Active listener<\/li>\n<li>Agile methodology Experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m currently partnered with a multinational information technology company that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services.
