This will include managing communications activities and creating content that successfully supports people through change for complex transformational projects, ideally ERP \/ IT-enabled.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of and ability to leverage formal &amp; informal communication channels and ability to innovate to generate excitement and engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Track record of working with or managing third-party providers to collaborate and achieve project goals as one team.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in stakeholder event planning &amp; delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills and ability effectively target and tailor the message and medium to various audience groups to achieve intended outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and ability to deliver high-quality communications in compressed timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in using a variety of tools to develop plans and communications content (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Yammer\/Viva Engage, Teams, Synthesia, Canva, Poppulo etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6-month rolling contract<\/li>\n<li>Up to \u00a3720 via Umbrella Company<\/li>\n<li>London\/hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Exec-level communications and transformation\/change comms experience required, ideally with IT\/ERP transformation projects<\/li>\n<li>ASAP Start<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply below for more information!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client, a global FMCG business, is on the hunt for an internal and transformation Communications specialist, who has ideally worked on executive internal communications for a SAP S\/4HANA transformation project in the past.
