Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Online Community Manager to join our team. As an Online Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing an online community of travelers and hosts. You will develop and execute community strategies, engage with members, and provide exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community strategies to engage with members, drive growth and retention, and increase customer satisfaction.
Monitor and respond to community activity, including user-generated content, questions, and feedback across various online channels.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to provide insights and feedback on community-related initiatives and product features.
Identify and develop relationships with key members of the community, including influencers and super hosts.
Develop and maintain community guidelines and policies to ensure a positive and safe environment for all members.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in online community management or social media management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with members in a positive and professional manner.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Familiarity with online community platforms and social media management tools.
Passion for travel and the sharing economy.
