Product Designer Senior

My client is one of the leading consulting houses in South Africa that provides innovative solutions to their clients who specialize in various different sectors. They are seeking a creative and talented Product Designer to join our team and help us to create high-quality products for our clients.

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for designing products that meet their clients’ needs and requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams to create products that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet business objectives. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with development teams to ensure that the final product is of high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to identify user needs and pain points
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing products that meet business objectives
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet technical requirements
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback from stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to ensure that our designs remain innovative and competitive

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in product design, graphic design, or a related field

At least 4 years of experience in product design

Strong portfolio of work that showcases your design skills and process

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
