Customer Self Service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\">Business Analyst (Checkout &amp; Customer Self-Service)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Product Team Lead<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\">Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To analyse and understand project scope and core objectives<\/li>\n<li>Lead requirements elicitation workshops with stakeholders to define high level business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Assist stakeholders to prioritize the requirements<\/li>\n<li>Plan and lead workshops with stakeholders and technical resources to elicit detailed, low level functional requirements<\/li>\n<li>Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, break down high-level information into their constituent details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with technical lead and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively communicate and collaborate with project team to analyse information needs and functional requirements to deliver the following artefacts as needed:\n<ul>\n<li>Business\/functional requirement specification<\/li>\n<li>Wireframes<\/li>\n<li>Workflow \/ process flow diagrams<\/li>\n<li>Data Model\/s<\/li>\n<li>Obtain sign-off on the specifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Be proactive in ensuring that the development and QA teams understand the requirements by attending daily team meetings and initiating functional clarification sessions where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Setting timelines, driving project schedules and leading cross-functional development teams from design through to release.<\/li>\n<li>Be the liaison between the business and the engineering team.<\/li>\n<li>Project manage the implementation of selected project initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Review the test plan and test scripts to ensure quality and coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Performing user acceptance testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\">Attributes Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude and high energy<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking, using data to inform decisions<\/li>\n<li>Passion for understanding ambiguous, complex problems and driving high quality, innovative, clean solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present ideas succinctly, in writing and verbally<\/li>\n<li>Versatile and with an appetite to learn by doing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\">Qualifications &amp;
