Operating in five countries, the company is at the forefront of delivering innovative insurance solutions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Required Experience &amp; Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Newly qualified CA(SA) with 1-3 years post-article experience<\/li>\n<li>Insurance\/financial services audit client experience is beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>As the Group Financial Accountant, the selected candidate will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and play a pivotal role in:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Accounting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring meticulous recording of entries, aligning with accounting standards<\/li>\n<li>Implementing financial systems and best practices continuously<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating on annual budgeting, financial statement preparation, and tax structuring<\/li>\n<li>Managing relationships with in-country accounting firms across the group<\/li>\n<li>Preparing monthly and annual group consolidations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reporting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with financial and insurance regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the CFO on regulatory and tax reporting<\/li>\n<li>Responding to financial inquiries through data analysis and interpretation<\/li>\n<li>Monthly reporting to white-label and distribution partners<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on insurance KPIs, including loss ratios, acquisition costs, retention rates, and customer sales<\/li>\n<li>Monthly management reporting and preparing presentations for the Board and Shareholders<\/li>\n<li>Providing detailed explanations on reconciled items, specifically related to insurance policy administration, banking, and accounting systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience &amp; Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Newly qualified CA(SA) with 1-3 years post-article experience<\/li>\n<li>Insurance\/financial services audit client experience is beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working Hours:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible working hours: 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm (Mon-Fri)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remuneration &amp; Benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Market-related monthly salary<\/li>\n<li>Group disability insurance cover<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ready to elevate your career in a vibrant and growth-oriented environment?
