The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a pivotal role within the Agile framework, responsible for orchestrating and facilitating the Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution. The RTE serves as a servant leader and coach, guiding multiple Agile teams through planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and timely product releases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This will be for a 12 month contract based in Johannesburg in a hybrid working arrangement. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agile Release Train (ART) Facilitation<\/li>\n<li>Program Increment (PI) Planning<\/li>\n<li>Continuous Delivery and Integration<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management<\/li>\n<li>Coaching and Mentoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master&#8217;s degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.
