About the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our client Sedna is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to be one of their founding team members in South Africa, working with their customers globally implementing the Senda Platform. Bringing Sedna into their business is a big, exciting change for many customers. This is a great opportunity for someone to join Sedna at a pivotal moment in their business’ history.<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here’s a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:<\/p>\n

Leading implementation projects<\/strong> – leading the planning and delivering on multiple concurrent projects that will see their customers successfully onboarded onto the Sedna platform. As they work with global companies this will sometimes require travel in order to support them onsite.<\/p>\n

Project administration and reporting – <\/strong>Using their project software (Vitally) you will manage project governance and produce reports such as status reports, steerco and internal reports on the state of your portfolio.<\/p>\n

Stakeholder coordination<\/strong> – As the project lead you will be the central liaison between executives, business users, technology teams, and support teams. You will need to facilitate functional and technical discussions and ensure effective communication of project progress to ensure successful delivery.<\/p>\n

Change management<\/strong> – You will need to execute communication plans and stakeholder analysis that will allow you to take the customer on the change journey. You will also be responsible for creating training plans for each implementation and run training and deskside support with our customers.<\/p>\n

Continuous improvement<\/strong> – You will need to produce templates, collateral and playbooks that can be improved through reflection and iteration. We should always be looking to improve our service.<\/p>\n
