The successful candidate will assist in the creation and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans to establish a strong brand presence and achieve business objectives.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Campaign Planning and Execution<\/strong>: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Market Research and Analysis<\/strong>: Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for brand positioning and targeting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brand Messaging and Communication<\/strong>: Help develop and refine brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand representation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Content Creation and Management<\/strong>: Contribute to the creation and management of marketing content, such as social media posts, website copy, blog articles, and other promotional materials, aligning with brand guidelines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brand Performance Monitoring<\/strong>: Track and analyze key brand performance indicators, such as brand awareness, customer perception, and market share, and prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborative Collaboration<\/strong>: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and creative services, to align brand strategies with overall business objectives and ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Budget Management<\/strong>: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support brand initiatives and maximize return on investment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relationship Management<\/strong>: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support brand initiatives and leverage additional marketing opportunities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brand Activation <\/strong>: Manage the national brand activations teams. Ensure brands are presented to consumers in the correct way. Set objectives for samplers.
