In this dual role, the Senior IT Project Manager will act as a bridge between project management and architecture, leveraging their technical expertise to guide and provide input on various projects.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leads and manages technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.<\/li>\n<li>Serves as a subject matter expert in software engineering and architecture, providing guidance and insights to project teams.<\/li>\n<li>Works closely with 3rd party architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and principles.<\/li>\n<li>Acts as the primary point of contact for project-related architectural discussions, with a dotted line to Enterprise Architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates communication and collaboration between project teams, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.<\/li>\n<li>Manages project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively identifies solutions to mitigate potential roadblocks.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Provides regular updates and reports on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of experience in project management, with a focus on software engineering and architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide technical inputs in to architectural designs and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of architecture principles, patterns, and standards, with previous experience in an architecture role preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management tools and software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have a passion for project management and architecture and are looking for an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
