Our mandate includes driving business transformation, providing digital and data architecture solutions, operating various technology platforms and shared services, ensuring Cyber and Information Security resilience, and overseeing technology governance and risk management.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive, assess, and allocate JIRA requests<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate regular client meetings for alignment, prioritization, and escalation activities<\/li>\n<li>Manage resource allocation in response to backlog and incoming requests<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to Release, Incident, and Change Management procedures<\/li>\n<li>Maintain audit compliance in change management processes<\/li>\n<li>Align with governance, procedures, and standards<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and advise on enhancements to integration patterns<\/li>\n<li>Support functional resources with change requests and issue resolution<\/li>\n<li>Assist in landscape maintenance and provide support during application upgrades<\/li>\n<li>Undertake development requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or Diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working functional knowledge of SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors, Master Data Governance, SAP Data Services, and\/or S\/4HANA Finance<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, Web Services, API&#8217;s, and other integration patterns<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform and services<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP HCM and Success Factors advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of DevOps using SAP Solutions advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with HTML advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret and interrogate written requirements<\/li>\n<li>Strong prioritization skills based on operational needs<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet strict deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years in SAP Development using required tools and coding languages<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in S\/4HANA and Business Technology Platform<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ECC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personal Qualities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly responsible with the ability to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Strong thirst for knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Client-focused with excellent time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a strong focus on delivery<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure, individually, or as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Team player with excellent problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our commitment is to support your career growth: We are dedicated to fostering strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
