HCM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>SAP HC Solutions Architect <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As the Technical Lead be responsible for design, development and support to new and existing SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors and SAP Business Technology Platform applications.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SAP solution design and\/or implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Design and validate a complex architecture and ensure successful implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and challenge solution scenarios by considering the business environment.<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations and guidance on the SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors and SAP Business Technology Platform and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strategically plan the solution landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors and SAP Business Technology solutions into a broad array of technologies and architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors and SAP Business Technology Platform roadmap around Cloud products and how it integrates with on-prem.<\/li>\n<li>Active involvement in SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors and SAP Business Technology Platform system migration or upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the business processes for which the solution architecture is being developed.<\/li>\n<li>Influence the IT Strategies ensuring collaborative alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Document the overall SAP Solution Architecture and integration to other systems in line with the Group Enterprise Architecture standards and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Present SAP solutions architecture to different Group forums (including the Group Architecture Solutions Evaluation &amp; Review forum).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Qualifications<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Bachelors Degree or equivalent is recommended.<\/li>\n<li>SAP ECC HCM Certification.<\/li>\n<li>SAP Success Factors Certification<\/li>\n<li>Architecture Knowledge and\/or certification (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) will be beneficial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Experience<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 + years of Solution Specialist (or equivalent customer facing) experience in areas appropriate to the job.<\/li>\n<li>Cloud experience will be beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) experience is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing and validating a complex architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating SAP solutions into a broad array of technologies and architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Experience and knowledge of SAP system migration or upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to demonstrate experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives that delivered proven business value.<\/li>\n<li>More than 10 years of SAP implementation and\/or solution design experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Knowledge\/ Skills<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of SAP systems, including SAP Business Suite, SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors and SAP Business Technology Platform, and the required architecture and infrastructure to support them.<\/li>\n<li>Functional\/technical proficiency with at least 6+ full lifecycle SAP implementations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and challenge solution scenarios by taking the business environment into account.<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations and guidance on the SAP platform and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, Web Services, API&#8217;s and other integration patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform and services.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence the IT Strategies ensuring collaborative alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal and leadership skills -Communication, Collaboration, Facilitation, and Negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of some or all of the following SAP technologies is beneficial:<\/li>\n<li>ABAP (ECC)<\/li>\n<li>SAP Business Workflow<\/li>\n<li>UI5<\/li>\n<li>HTML<\/li>\n<li>CSS<\/li>\n<li>Groovy Script<\/li>\n<li>Javascript<\/li>\n<li>OData<\/li>\n<li>Fiori<\/li>\n<li>iDocs<\/li>\n<li>Web Services<\/li>\n<li>API&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>OData Services<\/li>\n<li>Success Factors Business Integration Builder (Replication)<\/li>\n<li>RFC<\/li>\n<li>SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)<\/li>\n<li>SOAP<\/li>\n<li>SFTP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/c2RvbGxpZS44NjI1Mi41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SAP HC Solutions Architect Job Role As the Technical Lead be responsible for design, development and support to new and existing SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors and SAP Business Technology Platform applications.
