Your responsibility is to deliver effective UX writing and help champion best practice development for our client experience touch points. You&#8217;re responsible for ensuring that your UX copy recommendations are data-backed, delivered on time, and in accordance with best practices and within the guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the internal sign-off process for marketing is followed, gaining sign-off from relevant departments at each crucial stage of development.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in regular reviews of UX design work for UX copy input.<\/li>\n<li>Work with analytic teams to assess the impact of all UX copy changes and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Work on different aspects of UX writing such as copy audits and competitor research.<\/li>\n<li>Work alongside user researchers, UX designers, and marketing managers to identify project requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge and Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in the financial sector would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>User Experience writing subject matter expert.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for psychology, communication, anthropology, and\/or behavioural science (as it pertains to CX\/UX principles).<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of UX design principles, terminology, and methods.<\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of effective UX writing techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with agile practices and working in an agile environment or the context of multiple feature teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to assess the client&#8217;s needs from their behaviour&#8217;s and translate these needs into intuitive flows that demonstrate business value.<\/li>\n<li>Confidence with common design tools such as Figma, FigJam, InVision, and similar.<\/li>\n<li>Strong usability testing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong empathy and excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to defend copy choices with best client-centric data and best practice knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to champion design thinking and behavioural science for a wide range of products.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present work to executives and large groups.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver excellent work on time under minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in this exciting opportunity to shape our client experiences and drive best practices in UX writing, please apply and let&#8217;s chat further.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/RFNpbmdoLjc3OTQ3LjUyMDhAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re looking for a Mid-Level User Experience Writer to support the UX Writing Lead and champion an omnichannel UX writing strategy across all product lines in the business.
