This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development, working on exciting projects that shape the future of our client&#8217;s brands.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Area:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a UX Designer, you&#8217;ll execute design visions, conduct user research, create prototypes and wireframes, and collaborate with designers, development teams, and project managers. Your role is crucial in delivering innovative and user-centric designs.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Create and iterate on prototypes and wireframes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to bring designs to life.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure designs are aligned with user needs and business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain design consistency across all projects and platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in regular design reviews and feedback sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 year&#8217;s experience in User Experience design.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in multiple projects from beginning to end.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in conducting user research, interviews, surveys and usability studies, and translating findings into UX requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in applying user research and other tools to defend designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of User Experience design, principles, best practises and trends.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of design software (e.g. Figma) and graphics design editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of design techniques (e.g. wireframing and prototyping).<\/li>\n<li>Proper understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour theory).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Cape town Stellenbosch being on site 2 to 3 days in office a week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re looking to advance your career in UX design and work on impactful projects, apply now and join the team!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/RFNpbmdoLjcyMjIwLjUyMDhAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re looking for a talented UX Designer.
