The successful candidate will be responsible for <strong>creating, implementing and managing innovative and effective CRM programmes and campaigns <\/strong>for three different brands to improve the customer experience, increase customer retention, purchase frequency, brand engagement and lifetime value.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conceptualise CRM campaigns and always-on elements (including relevant customer journeys), and develop effective user journeys per customer segment.<\/li>\n<li>Set up automations for all automated customer journeys (e.g. welcome series, birthday emails, etc.), and CRM campaigns (upselling, cross-selling, increasing frequency and basket size).<\/li>\n<li>Leverage current and develop new loyalty and retention programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and implement high-touch personalisation efforts, in collaboration with brand and product teams.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain reporting and analysis (supported by the tech and BI teams) to deliver actionable insights to measure programme and campaign performance.<\/li>\n<li>Identify improvements in current tech stack, and external new CRM automation tools that can improve the CRM user experience journey for customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Marketing Degree \/ Diploma<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 years&#8217; relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>2+ years&#8217; digital CRM experience; specifically loyalty programmes<\/li>\n<li>In-depth technical experience of Active Campaign, Klaviyo, Hubspot or similar CRM tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note: <\/strong>Due to the high volume of applications, we will only be able to contact those candidates who have been selected for further consideration.
