The Commercial Director will play a pivotal role in driving the company&#8217;s growth, developing and executing commercial strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations as well.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and motivation.<\/li>\n<li>Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and analyze new market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee pricing strategy and ensure profitable sales growth.<\/li>\n<li>Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth supply chain operations.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless integration.<\/li>\n<li>Manage performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 8+ years of experience in a commercial leadership role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with operational or commercial management in a promotional industry is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bXZlbnRlci4xOTc3My41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join Our Exciting Global Team We&#8217;re all about making a global impact delivering exceptional marketing services and global brand programs, specializing in promotional products, POS items, and marketing materials.
