This is a non-IT focused role.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Programme Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes and shapes within the programme.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all projects align with business goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain structure within the programme, without the need for external guidance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Operational Expertise:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring substantial online fulfilment experience to optimise operations.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and manage resourcing needs, identifying bottlenecks and projecting future requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Governance and Planning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deeply understand and implement governance structures.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in detailed planning and ensure cross-functional alignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Team Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a team player, fostering strong relationships within and across teams.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships and build effective cross-functional partnerships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Hands-On Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of tasks and drive actions to resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Operate autonomously with a hands-on approach.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate the ability to cut through ambiguity and solve issues efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Business Understanding:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and track business cases and value metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n<li>Manage change effectively and conduct business assessments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in online fulfilment operations.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record as a programme manager with the ability to dive into project details.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of resource management and forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and structuring skills.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of governance, planning, and cross-functional alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Highly detailed with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationship-building and management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate autonomously and drive initiatives to completion.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of business cases, value tracking, KPIs, and change management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nice to Have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in retail, logistics, supply chain, or last-mile operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role is critical for the success of business operations and requires a dedicated professional who can navigate complexity, foster collaboration, and drive results.
