This role involves identifying, driving, and closing new business opportunities, developing strategies to contribute to the company&#8217;s financial growth, and ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Customer Management:<\/strong> Retain and manage existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sales and Contracts:<\/strong> Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marketing and Upselling:<\/strong> Promote and upsell products and services to customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Platform Partner Management:<\/strong> Retain, manage, and expand relationships with platform partners.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication:<\/strong> Serve as the primary contact point for all external communications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marketing Initiatives:<\/strong> Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase business.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Internal Coordination:<\/strong> Work with internal teams to manage external communications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outsourced Marketing:<\/strong> Oversee outsourced marketing, events, and PR activities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collateral Creation:<\/strong> Develop supporting materials for customers and partners.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Product Delivery:<\/strong> Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers and partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Industry Experience:<\/strong> 5-10 years in the payments industry.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Understanding:<\/strong> Basic understanding of the payment flow and face-to-face payments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment Providers:<\/strong> Experience working with payment providers and a strong industry network.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sales Experience:<\/strong> Proven track record in sales, including cold calling and leveraging existing networks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relationship Building:<\/strong> Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/amJlc3Rlci45OTMwMC41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client is looking for a Key Account Manager who is dynamic and a self-driven professional responsible for the expansion of the company&#8217;s POS Terminal Business.
