We&#8217;re looking for a creative problem solver who is able to simplify complex<br \/>\nconcepts and ideas into visually appealing and impactful work.<br \/>\nSounds like you?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will conceptualize, plan and execute all digital campaigns, optimizing traffic, improving website conversion, and helping to maximize online sales activity.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with our design team in terms of:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Conceptualizing artwork<br \/>\n&#8211; Provide designers with design inspiration<br \/>\n&#8211; Assist with sign off of designs\/guidance and direction<br \/>\n&#8211; Incorporate branding into designs<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage designers, assist with the workload, ensure deadlines are met and streamline<\/li>\n<li>campaign execution between departments.<\/li>\n<li>Data<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Use web analytics tools to analyze site traffic and user demographics in support of online campaign proposals and client presentations.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Email engagement tracking<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the day-to-day work of managing, and optimizing digital media efforts across search, display, social and native with agency partners<\/li>\n<li>User Experience &#8211; activation plans and consumer journey development<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to towards innovation in the Marketing team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent project manager with a talent for working under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Organised creative with excellent multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Creative and strategic thinker<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and curiosity for current fashion and beauty trends<\/li>\n<li>Visually astute with an understanding of online visual merchandising<\/li>\n<li>Calm under pressure and a natural leader<\/li>\n<li>Team player with excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to always bring ideas to the table<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant qualification in Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years digital marketing management<\/li>\n<li>Creative leadership skills and experience with digital campaign management<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with marketing and advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics etc.<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of Adobe Creative Suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2F0a2luc29uLjEwNjMzLjUyMDhAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our perfect candidate is a marketing maven with exceptional organizational skills to ensure flawless campaign execution.
