This role requires hands-on experience with feature store development, CRM systems, data cloud tools, and model building within Salesforce, combined with a strong command of Python, SQL, and AWS services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building features in AWS feature stores, ensuring seamless data integration with Salesforce, and developing segmentation models to enhance client experience and engagement. This role is hybrid, 3-4 days per week in office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Feature Store Development(AWS)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Integration<\/strong>: AWS\/Salesforce1<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salesforce Expertise<\/strong>: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, FSC and Data Cloud to build and maintain data solutions<\/li>\n<li><strong>Model Building<\/strong>: Develop and implement segmentation and other predictive models in Salesforce to optimize customer engagement, marketing campaigns, and client insights.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Code Development<\/strong>: Write and maintain Python and SQL scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and integration processes across AWS and Salesforce.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration<\/strong>: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, marketing, and CRM stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Management<\/strong>: Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all platforms, working within the organization&#8217;s data architecture and security frameworks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automation<\/strong>: Implement and enhance automation processes for data workflows between AWS and Salesforce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience with Feature Stores<\/strong>: Proven experience in building, managing, and scaling feature stores, particularly within AWS environments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salesforce Expertise<\/strong>: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Data Cloud.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Skills<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and process automation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, and SageMaker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modeling Expertise<\/strong>: Ability to build segmentation models and other analytics solutions directly within Salesforce.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Integration<\/strong>: Experience in integrating AWS with Salesforce, including building and maintaining data pipelines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AWS Experience<\/strong>: Strong knowledge of AWS architecture, data warehousing, and related tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification in AWS and\/or Salesforce<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Salesforce Datorama and Einstein Analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Data Analytics qualification or similar<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of AI\/ML concepts and practical experience implementing AI-driven solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZHdyaWdodC41MzEzMy41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Business Analyst\/ Analytics Engineer to lead the integration and development of data-driven solutions between AWS and Salesforce.
