You&#8217;ll work with an international client base, delivering innovative media and financial system solutions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Key Experience &amp; Skills Required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Business Central Expertise:<\/strong> Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accounting Knowledge:<\/strong> Solid understanding of accounting principles and their application within an ERP environment. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Client-Facing Consultation:<\/strong> Experience leading high-level discussions with senior clients, providing tailored solutions, conducting workshops, and managing expectations. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Analysis &amp; Documentation:<\/strong> Proven ability to analyse complex business processes, document requirements, and design solutions that meet client needs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Management &amp; Scope Control:<\/strong> Ability to manage project deliverables, timelines, and scope changes effectively. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Aptitude:<\/strong> A natural inclination toward technical problem-solving, including systems implementation, data migration (master data and financial balances), and ERP system integrations using API technology.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication &amp; Training:<\/strong> Capable of explaining complex technical solutions in simple terms. Experience conducting product demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and delivering training to clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer Relationship Management:<\/strong> Proven experience in managing client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term partnerships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background in financial systems like Sage, SAP, Xero, or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with established multinational consulting firms.<\/li>\n<li>Project management experience and formal qualifications in IT, Accounting, or Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>SQL or other database knowledge.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and engage with global clients in an innovative and supportive environment.
