You must have ambition, competitive edge, positive attitude and a team player, and bring new ideas to the forefront.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"background-color: initial;font-size: 14px\">Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-In charge of all industrial jewellery design work<\/p>\n<p>-In charge of all the management and processes of manufacturing, including sourcing diamonds and manufacturing<\/p>\n<p>-Ready CAD files, including scaling and casting ready files<\/p>\n<p>-In charge of all job management process from design brief to completed product, including setting and finishing<\/p>\n<p>-In charge of design concepts and professional renderings for clients<\/p>\n<p>-Admin work pertaining to design, manufacturing and diamond stock<\/p>\n<p>-Adhock design work<\/p>\n<p>-Organised<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"background-color: initial;font-size: 14px\">Basic Skills &amp; knowledge in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Adobe design creative suite<\/p>\n<p>-Photoshop (Must)<\/p>\n<p>-After Effects<\/p>\n<p>-Photography skills<\/p>\n<p>-Studio Lighting<\/p>\n<p>-Photo and rendering editing skills<\/p>\n<p>-Video Editing skills<\/p>\n<p>-CAD Manufacturing Software<\/p>\n<p>-Fluent in Dassault Solidworks<\/p>\n<p>-Fluent in Rhino<\/p>\n<p>-Keyshot<\/p>\n<p>-Countersketch<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"background-color: initial;font-size: 14px\">Education requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-BA or BTECH Degree in Industrial design, specialised in Jewellery Design* &#8211; STRICTLY<\/p>\n<p>-5-6 years&#8217; experience in the industrial design industry, beneficial jewellery design experience<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"background-color: initial;font-size: 14px\">Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-R30-40k\/month depending on experience, talent and qualifications.<\/p>\n<p>If you feel you have the calibre and ambition to tackle this role at an industry leader then please send through your CV &amp; Portfolio to <strong>jmarkowitz@welovesalt.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/am1hcmtvd2l0ei4zNjkyNi41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An exceptional company in Joburg who specialise in the design and manufacturing of custom Jewellery &#8211; is looking for a top industrial designer with experience in luxury jewellery design to join their team.
