You&#8217;ll work with a variety of companies, from medium-sized businesses to large corporations, building strong relationships and ensuring they get the most out of our technology-driven services.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strategic Relationship Development:<\/strong> Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, from C-suite executives to everyday users, to identify and address their payment and cash flow management needs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client Solutions:<\/strong> Provide tailored transaction and payment solutions to clients, ensuring they receive optimal support for their business operations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Account Planning &amp; Service Management:<\/strong> Engage in formalised client service reviews and develop account strategies, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to grow client portfolios.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentation &amp; Presentations:<\/strong> Prepare professional documentation, including pricing proposals, solution scoping documentation, on boarding materials, and slide decks for client presentations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Revenue Growth:<\/strong> Conduct annual pricing reviews and negotiations, drive revenue growth through cross and up-sell initiatives, and manage account profitability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client Retention:<\/strong> Proactively manage client retention through regular service reviews, addressing any revenue or retention risks to maintain a strong client portfolio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industry Expertise:<\/strong> Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the South African payments industry and inter-bank clearing system to provide informed and competitive solutions.<\/li>\n<li> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in B2B Strategic Sales, particularly with medium to large corporate clients.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of the South African Payment Industry, transactional banking, eCommerce services, and client&#8217;s payment and debit collection processes.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in selling and supporting B2B transactional technology and solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Sales driven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bXZlbnRlci40MjkyNy41MjA4QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Payment Solutions Sales &#8211; Debit Collections Solutions I am looking for someone who will be the go-to sales expert for our clients, helping them find the right transaction and payment solutions tailored to their unique needs.
