About the Role:<\/strong>
We are recruiting on behalf of one of the leading players in the South African insurance market for an experienced SAP HCM Specialist<\/strong>. This role offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects and long-term engagements within a dynamic and collaborative environment.<\/p>\n

As the SAP HCM Specialist, you will take ownership of HCM project delivery and operational excellence, focusing on SAP Payroll, Time Management, and Success Factors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver upgrades, and maintain analytics dashboards to ensure efficient HCM operations.<\/p>\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Lead and support SAP HCM projects<\/strong>, with a focus on Success Factors<\/strong>, SAP Payroll<\/strong>, and Time Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee system upgrades<\/strong> and manage Success Factors release cycles<\/strong> to ensure smooth implementation and integration.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain HCM data analytics dashboards<\/strong>, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum)<\/strong> to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a point of contact for HCM-related issues, providing expert advice and guidance.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with system governance, change management, and documentation processes.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Proven experience with SAP HCM<\/strong>, Success Factors<\/strong>, SAP Payroll<\/strong>, and Time Management<\/strong> projects.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with Success Factors release management<\/strong> and system upgrades<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Strong experience in data analytics<\/strong>, including the development of HCM dashboards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum)<\/strong> and working within Agile teams.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.<\/li>\n
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
