MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
*Ensure timeous collection of debts due to the company and maintenance of debtor’s files<\/p>\n
*Effectively manage the allocation of payments<\/p>\n
*Attend to daily queries and credit notes on customer accounts<\/p>\n
*Capture and send daily staging invoices<\/p>\n
*Send out weekly statements to customers<\/p>\n
*Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures<\/p>\n
*Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, capturing and recording accounts receivables’ data<\/p>\n
Reconciliation’s of customer accounts to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted<\/p>\n
*Review and maintain debtors ageing to ensure compliance<\/p>\n
*Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits<\/p>\n
*Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies within agreed turnaround time<\/p>\n
*Ensure that invoices, credit notes, debit notes, payments and any other ad hoc transactions are processed within the department’s timeline.<\/p>\n
*Build strong relationships across the business and liaise with the various departments to achieve the collection target<\/p>\n
*Control packaging, grower, company, and general creditors account<\/p>\n
*Uploading selling prices onto BC accounting system<\/p>\n
*Ensuring POD’s are received and filed accurately according to company SOP<\/p>\n
