What You’ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Work with product managers, developers, and designers to bring intuitive solutions to life.<\/li>\n
  • Identify pain points and simplify processes for financial advisors and managers.<\/li>\n
  • Optimize workflows for lead management, client engagement, approvals, and reporting.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct usability tests to refine and enhance user experiences.<\/li>\n
  • Leverage data and behavioral insights to improve designs.<\/li>\n
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the design system, ensuring scalability and consistency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What You’ll Need<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 3-5 years in a Product\/UX Design role.<\/li>\n
    • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working in Agile teams.<\/li>\n
    • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on balancing business goals with user needs.<\/li>\n
    • Fintech experience is a bonus but not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
