Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

• Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets in the sports and iGaming markets.<\/li>\n
• Lead and optimize performance across all acquisition channels, ensuring maximum ROI and sustainable growth.<\/li>\n
• Identify and evaluate emerging trends and new acquisition opportunities within the industry landscape.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with the Affiliate Manager to build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.<\/li>\n
• Work alongside the Campaign Manager to oversee targeted marketing campaigns that maintain brand consistency and effective messaging.<\/li>\n
• Partner with retention, brand, product, and analytics teams to optimize the customer acquisition funnel and improve conversion rates.<\/li>\n
• Establish KPIs, provide regular reporting and analysis to executive leadership on all acquisition activities.<\/li>\n
• Manage acquisition budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing ROI.<\/li>\n
• Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements within the sports and iGaming sectors.<\/li>\n
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing acquisition team focused on excellence.<\/li>\n
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.<\/li>\n
• Continuously test and refine acquisition strategies to drive performance improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in acquisition marketing, with significant experience in sports betting and\/or iGaming industries.<\/li>\n
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful acquisition strategies that have driven substantial growth.<\/li>\n
  • Deep understanding of the sports and iGaming landscape, including player behavior, regulations, and marketing channels.<\/li>\n
  • Extensive experience managing digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
